What This Policy Covers
This policy explains how we handle:
- What the request form collects (name, phone, optional email, treatment of interest, optional message) and why.
- Marketing attribution stored in first-party cookies (ad click IDs, UTM tags, landing page, referrer, first visit date) for 90 days.
- Calls and texts, including automated and AI-assisted ones; call recording and transcription (Illinois all-party consent).
- Analytics and advertising tools loaded through Google Tag Manager, and how to opt out.
- Appointments scheduled in Vagaro, our booking system (governed by Vagaro's own policy).
- How to reach the clinic about your information.
Text Messages and Calls
Our request form has two separate, optional text-message boxes. You can send a request without ticking either one, and we then reach you by phone.
- Appointment and care texts: if you tick the first box, Magic FemTouch MedSpa may text you about your request and your appointments, such as confirmations and reminders.
- Promotional texts: only if you also tick the second, separate box, we may send occasional promotional texts, such as reminders to book your next visit.
- How often: message frequency varies.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call (708) 529-7655.
- Sharing: We don't share or sell your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- Automated messages: some calls and texts may use automated technology, prerecorded or artificial (AI) voices, or AI assistants.
- Consent: agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase.
The full text-message terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
Calls to and from our numbers may be recorded and transcribed. Illinois law requires the consent of everyone on a call before it is recorded, so we tell you at the start of the call.
Data Security Practices
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us:
- This website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, so what you type into our forms is encrypted in transit.
- Access to your information is limited to our staff and the service providers who need it to answer your request and run our appointments.
- We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, such as access controls and secure, password-protected systems.
No method of sending or storing information over the internet is 100% secure. If you have a question about your information, call us at (708) 529-7655.
