Every treatment is subject to a consultation with our provider, who decides whether a treatment is right and safe for you. We may decline or postpone a treatment when it is not appropriate. Treatment availability, schedules and providers can change without notice.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Magic FemTouch MedSpa texts.

  • What you will get: if you tick the appointment and care box on our request form, we text you about your request and your appointments, such as confirmations and reminders. If you also tick the separate promotional box, we may send occasional promotional texts, such as a reminder to book your next visit. You only get promotional texts if you opted in to them separately.
  • Age restriction: You must be 18 or older to use our text program and to book services through this website.
  • Message frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Opting out: reply STOP to any text to cancel. After you reply STOP we send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts. To join again, tick the box on our request form or text us.
  • Help: reply HELP for help, or call (708) 529-7655.
  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Not required: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can request an appointment without ticking either box.
  • Your information: we do not share or sell your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Calls

When you send a request, you agree that we may call you about it. Calls to and from our numbers may be recorded. Illinois law requires the consent of everyone on a call before it is recorded, so we tell you at the start of the call.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
